IRA × Alcove
The project brochure describes Investor Realty Army as a community of individuals united by a shared vision of sustainable growth, with prior building experience in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and an expansion into Bengaluru.
Alcove describes its approach around intimate homes, functional luxury and locations that stay connected to the city while remaining closer to nature. IRA By The Banks is presented as the collaboration of those two philosophies.
